We had an amazing trip with friends. The hotel's stunning architecture and the spacious Junior Suite made our stay unforgettable. We explored the nearby Roman ruins and enjoyed the bustling plaza just outside. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety to start our day right.

However, we faced some challenges with parking, as it wasn’t clearly communicated how we could access the hotel given the street restrictions. It took us a while to figure it out, which was frustrating.

i almost gave this hotel a good review, but my stay was marred by awful breakfast, it was underwhelming, no taste whatsoever. also, the bar area has no soul, just like my visit here. i expected at least a complimentary drink to make up for these disappointments but, obviously, that would have been too much to ask. how disappointing!

Breakfast quality fell short of expectations, with long waits for food and items running out by peak times. Valet parking at €20 per night felt overpriced, considering limited local options and the hassle of finding space. Additionally, several amenities like bathrobes were missing, which is disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

It was just a top selection for a short stay in Merida with excellent value for money. I really enjoyed the beautiful historic architecture, which made the stay memorable. Look for local bars nearby for better service than at the hotel.

Our room was beautifully appointed with a coffee maker and plenty of hot water for a refreshing shower. Windows that blocked out all the noise from the lively plaza. I loved relaxing in the rooftop pool and sun terrace after a long day of exploring the city. A minor hiccup was the slightly cramped bathroom, but it didn’t take away from our overall great experience! 🌞
